I completed my first ever cross stitch yesterday, mostly. I still want to do some lettering which I need to research.
But I am pretty much in love with it.
Even Chris was impressed when he came home and saw it.
He is used to me working on projects and has learned to not express doubt or dislike until he sees the finished product, and I can always count on him to admit when one of them turns out much better than anticipated.
Thank you Martha Stewart for the idea and these awesome templates. After seeing the templates they have, I did kind of wish Chris was more of a cowboy so I could put boots and a hat on him.

Sarah, this is adorable...I had sort of written off cross stitch as something for decoration, but I would totally put this up! Love love it, and all your other fun projects too!
